Established in 1988, Horsham Community Childcare Centre provides long day care and integrated kindergarten.

Our educators have extensive experience nurturing Horsham’s children, many having worked at our centre for 10 years or more. Our early learning centre confidently offers localised childcare and education for the community we know and love dearly.

Health and wellbeing

Wherever possible, we adhere to special dietary and cultural food requirements of our children. The Centre provides nourishing and balanced meals and snacks to help fuel your child’s learning and growth and foster healthy eating habits from a young age.

Family and community

All families are welcome at our centre and we encourage parents to get involved in our daily program. We also have strong connections with our local Aboriginal community, and surrounding schools, museums and farms to engage children with the wider community and celebrate diversity.

Children regularly engage with or visit our:

  • Local primary school
  • Local library
  • Emergency services
  • Museums
  • Indigenous community members or groups (Goolum Goolum)
  • Farms or farmers
Languages

We have a number of educators who can speak Chinese. For families who speak languages other than English, communication can be translated into many other languages.

Special services

Our educators are experienced in working with children who live with a range of physical and intellectual disability or have experienced challenges and trauma.
